Quick Wins & DPP.

Over the years, Fresh Retail has compiled a list of ‘quick wins’ based on shop displays, assortment and communication. Quick Wins increase profitability immediately. Additionally, with the Flower Council and AC Nielsen, we developed the DPP model. DDP, which stands for Direct Product Profitability, is a method based on fixed parameters that can calculate and influence the profitability of fresh produce on the shop floor.
